A test to the domestic system includes checking the pressure currently running through/into the building/house and also utilize the water meter and gauge to detect any possible leaks.

A hydrostatic sewer system test will be performed using the clean outs to the house/building. By city code clean-outs should be uncovered and easy accessible.

This includes excavation and all materials and plumbing UP TO 4 feet deep. After 4 feet additional charges may occur. Will be assessed  by plumber  upon estimate.

If your plumbing test has failed then you will need to  get the leak(s) located, this includes camera detection and is $375 the first hour and a half of locating or $475 flat after that time limit for PVC. Cast Iron is priced $375 the first hour and a half and if it goes over that time limit then it is $150 each additional hour of locating (cast iron only).

We pressurize the plumbing system with air, trace cold and hot water lines & use listening devices to detect the leak under the slab. 

After getting your plumbing test and plumbing leak located/isolated it will need to be repaired to prevent damage!  If your access hole is being dug from the outside it is $2000 to repair which includes up to 2 foot of tunneling. (each additional foot is $495 to fix with hangers being placed every 3 foot). If you would like to fix the leak from the inside the price of concrete break-out with repair directly on top is $2600 (if any tunneling is needed it is $495 each additional foot). 

An electric water heater replacement is $2400 which includes basic installation with no code upgrades with new valves and water heater connections. (code upgrades additional cost if needed) Gas water heaters are $2800 for installation. 

Water and Gas yard lines are $125 per foot which includes hand excavation unless yard allows for small digging equipment. Sewer lines are $125-$200 a foot depending on the size and depth. (Sewer price will be assessed and priced by plumber upon estimate) .

This includes any issue with plumbing work done by Mills Plumbing due to workmanship or materials. Warranty will be voided if house or soil movement causes the plumbing issue. Must call Mills Plumbing first to honor warranty, it will be voided if another company has done work in same area.
